Little Paxton Community Good Neighbour Scheme

The Group aims to give neighbourly help for the elderly, vulnerable and isolated residents of our Parish by providing lifts to the doctors, local clinics, shops, collecting pensions and prescriptions, help with shopping and taking out wheelie bins or just visiting for a chat.

The Group has a luncheon group which meets once a month at The Anchor for fish and chips - transport can be provided.

The Group has recently started activities for the over 50s and meetings are already taking place for Craft, Family History and Walking; it is hoped to start groups for Outings and Theatre trips.

If you would like more information, need help or would like to help please contact June Griffin (01480 399773).
